The price is very reasonable and worth it in my case. Pomodone is now one of my main admin tools, therefore I have signed up for a premium account. * There was only 1 other case where the app stopped syncing tasks from JIRA, and only an hour after contacting support, they released a new build that fixed the issue.Ĭomments: I used the free account for a couple of years before going premium. The issue resolved itself before I had sent a request for support. * There has been 1 case where the software stopped being able to track time to JIRA, but I can't say it was necessarily a Pomodone problem, as JIRA Web does go down or have issues from time to time. * I've sent feature requests, and they have been great in coming up with solutions to problems with my processes or goals. * The one time I had an issue with the JIRA integration, they turned around and had pushed out a fix within 1 hour. They really have gone above and beyond what is expected. ![]() They have had great response times, and they were always kind, and knew the right questions to ask, or the right feedback to give. If I could give them a 6 star review I would. ![]() * As I don't use a standard Promodoro workflow, and I occasionally want to work through breaks to maintain Flow State, I can customize it so that is possible, which I haven't seen elsewhere. * JIRA integration can pull in tasks automatically that match custom JQL, so it can be configured to any users specific needs. * It can track time directly to JIRA, which I use * It's got great in app integration support (instead of only some chrome extension, which it does have as well though, and is also super useful). I can actually track time now, and it's in JIRA as I do it. They either didn't have Pomodoro support, or they had a hacked together Pomodoro support, with no customization, and did not meet the needs of someone who has a custom Pomodoro workflow. I have not been able to do it with any of the other timetracking software at all.
